Narre Warren is largely eighties and nineties brick veneer built out around the Fountain Gate centre, and its housing has now reached a very specific age point. The original aluminium windows and sliding doors installed in that era are at end of service life for their hardware — rollers collapsing, winders seizing, gaskets shrunk and hard, locks worn. A large share of our Narre Warren work is hardware repair rather than glass replacement, which is a much cheaper outcome for the homeowner than the window replacement they are often quoted elsewhere. Bathroom renovations in this stock also generate steady shower screen work.
