Narre Warren South is largely nineties and two-thousands estate housing — Amberly Park and the streets around it — which puts it about a decade newer than Narre Warren proper. The windows are holding up better but the bathrooms and kitchens are now squarely in renovation territory, so shower screens and glass splashbacks are the bulk of what we do here.
