Glazing in Blind Bight
Blind Bight is a small canal-side community on Western Port where nearly every property has direct water exposure. Salt corrosion is the constant — hardware, screens and any exposed stainless fitting has a shorter life here than almost anywhere else we work, and homes commonly have elevated decks and balconies taking in the water view. Where we install balustrades we use 316 marine-grade stainless as a minimum and would recommend against anything less.
